14 Day Return Policy - Restocking Fee Applies

14 DAY RETURN POLICY FOR DEVICES PURCHASED FROM valrt.com.au

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchases made directly from valrt.com.au you may return the product for a refund within 14 days from the original date of purchase. The returned product must be new and in the original packaging with all accessories. Incomplete returns will not be processed.

Following are the steps to return the product:

  1. Submit a Request
  2. Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
  3. Follow the instructions provided with the RMA

We will process your refund within 7 days of receiving the required items.

We will refund the purchase amount less: $1.50 credit card/PayPal transaction fees, our shipping costs $9.00 and a 20% restocking fee (on RRP of $159) will be applied to all returns. TOTAL: $42.30

WARRANTY RETURNS

Returns that qualify for warranty coverage will be processed as a warranty claim, please refer to V.ALRT Limited Warranty
